Quotes provided by East Bay Electrician Services are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on on-site evaluation, unforeseen conditions, or changes to the scope of work. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Work will not commence until a service agreement is confirmed and, when applicable, a deposit or payment arrangement is agreed upon.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods. Failure to pay for completed services may result in additional collection costs and legal action.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor is guaranteed for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, unless otherwise specified in writing. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Equipment and materials installed by East Bay Electrician Services may be covered by manufacturer warranties. We will provide warranty information for applicable products.
East Bay Electrician Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
All electrical work performed by East Bay Electrician Services complies with applicable local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations. Where required, we will obtain necessary permits and schedule inspections. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any requested work is permitted on their property.
